July 28th/29th - ABT Summer Camp

**limited to 24 athletes

Day 1 - 9:30-11:30am ET (covering strength/power and lower half control)

Day 2 - 9:30-11:30am ET (swing speed/barrel control)

- Day 2 is followed by parent "take home session" from 11:30-12pm
