Pitching is about much more than mechanics alone.

In this conversation, Haylie shares insight into what helps pitchers continue to improve over time, including the value of repetition, trust in your training, and understanding how to compete with confidence in the circle. Great pitchers are not built overnight — they are shaped through daily work, self-awareness, and a willingness to keep learning.

This episode offers perspective for athletes who want to become more intentional in how they train and how they approach the position mentally.

Living the Dream at the Next Level
